NEW CUSTOMER REGISTRATION APPLICATION

At COSMOX CURLY HAIR EXPERT we distribute wholesale hairdressing products to specialized stores throughout the country.

To register as a client, it is necessary to formally demonstrate that the activity carried out by the person or company is the sale of hairdressing products. To be able to prove this, we request a photocopy of the tax license and taxes on Economic Activities (IAE) or Census Declaration or Part of the deeds where the corporate purpose is described.

In addition, we require:

1. Fill in the information indicated in the form provided below.

2. Send along with this document, completed and signed, a copy of the Taxpayer Identification Card (Form 036 037) and the Tax Identification Card (CIF) or by email to info@cosmox.es. If you are a natural person, send a copy of your ID and a copy of the Taxpayer Identification Card.
