SHIPPING COSTS
Orders with a value of 400€ or more in mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, Portugal, and 750€ or more in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Andorra, will have free shipping. Orders under 400€ net will have a cost of 7.99€ for the first 2kg, and 0.21€ per additional kilogram for orders in mainland Spain. For orders in the Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Andorra, the cost will be evaluated based on the order. The Cosmox sales department will contact the customer to provide a shipping quote in each case. The delivery time to the address specified by the customer will be 48 hours from the receipt of the order in mainland Spain. For shipments to the Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Andorra, the delivery time will be 72-86 hours, except for the Canary Islands, where it will depend on the day the order is received. (In this case, the Cosmox sales department will contact the customer to provide an estimated delivery time.)
